Photo Booth Setup FAQ
How much space does the booth need?
I recommend a space around 6x6 to 8x8 feet, ideally up against a wall and near an outlet. That gives me room for the backdrop (if you're using one), space for the booth setup itself, and a little breathing room for guests to pose and play.
That said, the setup is flexible, and I’ve made it work in plenty of small or unusual spaces—hallways, lounges, side rooms—you name it. If you’re tight on space, just let me know and we’ll make it work.
What do you arrive with?
I usually show up with a yellow backpack and a rolling suitcase that holds the booth gear. If you're adding printing, the printer has its own small bag too. It’s all pretty low-key—nothing huge or flashy—and I can easily use any standard elevator or service entrance.
People are often surprised by how simple and sleek it all is. I blend in just like a photographer would, and I’ve been approved at plenty of high-security buildings. I also carry full liability insurance in case your venue needs it.
What does the venue need to provide?
Just a table (for props and guest drinks) and WiFi if it's available. That’s it. I bring everything else. If you're adding printing, I’ll also need access to a standard outlet nearby.
What kind of equipment is it?
The booth runs on a pro iPad app and a flattering ring light, designed to make everyone look good. It’s self-contained and doesn’t require much more than a little floor space.
If you’ve booked a backdrop or printing, those elements take a bit more room and plug-in access—but they’re still easy to set up and keep things looking great.
How does printing work?
The printer is small and fast—prints come out in about 10 to 15 seconds, and the quality consistently impresses guests. If you’ve got a lot of people at your event, this setup keeps things moving quickly without sacrificing the look and feel of a premium booth.

Why It Matters
At the end of the day, this isn’t just about taking photos. It’s about capturing the feeling of the night—the inside jokes, the old friends reuniting, the new friendships made over feather boas and funny poses.
When you bring in a photo booth like this, you’re not just giving people a souvenir. You’re giving them a moment to pause and play, to be a little silly, to celebrate themselves and each other.
And that’s what I love most about what I do.
Whether it's a company party, a wedding, or a birthday that turned into a dance floor—my job is to make sure your guests walk away with a smile, a print, and a memory that feels like your event.
If that sounds like the kind of energy you want in the room, let’s make it happen.
