Photo Booth Print Template Specs

For Graphic Designers

Below are the technical specifications for creating custom print templates for Rent My Booth. Full customization is optional. If preferred, you can simply provide a square transparent logo and a background color and I will build the layout on my end.

Required (Minimum)

Logo

  • Format: PNG or JPG

  • Shape: Square preferred

  • Background: Transparent

  • Minimum size: 1000 x 1000 px

  • Purpose: Placed at the bottom of the photo strip
Note: A single square transparent logo is fully sufficient. I can resize and place it.

Background Color
If not designing full backgrounds, please provide the desired color or color palette.

Optional Full Custom Template

If you want to provide fully designed components, please follow the specs below.

1. Strip Background

  • Size: 2 in x 6 in

  • Resolution: 300 DPI

  • Orientation: Vertical

  • Format: PNG or JPG

  • Notes: This is the background that sits behind the photos on the 2 x 6 prints.

2. Full Print Background

  • Size: 4 in x 6 in

  • Resolution: 300 DPI

  • Orientation: Vertical

  • Format: PNG or JPG

  • Notes: You may duplicate the 2 x 6 background to create the 4 x 6 version, but a dedicated 4 x 6 file provides a cleaner final print.

3. Optional Overlay

  • Size: 2 in x 6 in

  • Resolution: 300 DPI

  • Format: Transparent PNG

  • Purpose: Decorative layer that sits on top of the photos

  • Notes: Must leave clear space where photos appear.

Delivery Requirements

Please deliver each component as a separate file so I can load them into my software properly.
Preferred file delivery: PNG or JPG for backgrounds and logos, PNG for overlays.

Print Notes

  • Printed versions will show slightly more background than digital versions due to natural print bleed.

  • High resolution is important to avoid pixelation.

Timeline

Final files are ideally delivered one week before the event.
