Book with confidence
Cancel up to 14 days before your event for a full refund, no questions asked. Life happens, we get it.
Full payment upfront
We require full payment at the time of booking to secure your date. Need special payment terms? Reach out and we'll work something out.
Late cancellations
Cancellations within 14 days of your event: deposits are non-refundable, but can be applied to a future booking within 6 months.
Rescheduling is free
Need to move your date? Reschedule for free up to 7 days before your event, subject to availability.
We show up ready
We arrive 30-60 minutes early to set up. If we're ever late due to our fault, you get 25% off.
Your photos, your property
You own all photos from your event. We may use some for marketing unless you tell us otherwise.
Damage happens
Normal wear and tear is on us. Intentional damage or negligence by guests may incur repair costs.
Weather and acts of nature
If your outdoor event gets rained out, we'll reschedule for free or issue a full refund.
What's included is included
No hidden fees. The price we quote is the price you pay (plus any add-ons you choose).
We want you happy
If something goes wrong at your event, reach out within 48 hours and we'll make it right.
